Our Commitment

CC Leasing is committed to ensuring that there is no modern slavery or human trafficking within our business or supply chains. We take a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships.

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps that CC Leasing has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

This statement relates to the financial year ending 2027.

Our Business

CC Leasing is a UK-based vehicle leasing broker. We arrange vehicle finance and leasing agreements for customers through a network of approved funders, dealerships, and suppliers.

Our operations are primarily based within the United Kingdom.

Our Supply Chains

Our supply chains include vehicle manufacturers, dealerships, finance providers, and professional service providers. While the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is considered low, we recognise that risks may exist within wider supply chains, particularly those linked to manufacturing and distribution.

Our Policies

We are committed to maintaining policies that support ethical conduct and minimise the risk of modern slavery. These include:

  • Anti-Slavery and Human Trafficking Policy
  • Whistleblowing Policy
  • Recruitment and Selection Procedures
  • Equal Opportunities Policy
  • Supplier Due Diligence Procedures

Due Diligence and Risk Management as part of our efforts to identify and mitigate risks, we:

  • Build long-term relationships with reputable suppliers, funders, and dealer partners
  • Where possible, work with UK-based companies or organisations that demonstrate appropriate standards
  • Seek to ensure our suppliers operate in line with ethical and legal requirements
  • Encourage openness and transparency within our business and supply chains
  • Do not knowingly engage with any organisation involved in slavery or human trafficking

We recognise that risks may exist within our wider supply chain and will continue to assess and monitor these risks where appropriate.

Training and Awareness

We are committed to ensuring that our staff are aware of modern slavery risks. Employees are encouraged to report any concerns and are supported in doing so.

Reporting Concerns

We promote a culture of openness and accountability. Employees, customers, and suppliers are encouraged to report concerns regarding modern slavery or unethical practices. All concerns will be taken seriously and investigated appropriately.

Effectiveness

CC Leasing monitors the effectiveness of its approach to preventing modern slavery through ongoing review of supplier relationships, internal policies, and any reported concerns. We will continue to develop and improve our processes to mitigate risk.

Responsibility

Senior management has overall responsibility for ensuring that this policy is implemented and that appropriate controls are in place across the business. We are committed to continuously reviewing and improving our processes to ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Approval

This statement has been approved by the Managing Director of CC Leasing and will be reviewed Annually.
